Products and Product Prices

Product prices are displayed together with the products. Our prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT information is displayed in the shopping basket, and in order confirmation.

Methods of payment

Private customers can choose the method of payment from the Shopping basket options. Corporate customers also have the option to apply for payments to invoices. Normal payment term is 7 days net.

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, EXIM Service Europe Oy will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

Packing and Delivery costs

Packing and delivery costs differ depending on chosen method of delivery and they are automatically added to the final order. We are not going to charge you with packing and delivery cost if the value of your order exceeds:

-       in Finland 25 Euros

-       with-in EU 25 Euros

-       Out of EU 25 Euros.

Deliveries

We will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day from receiving your order. If an item from your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to agree on delivery times.

Returns

You have a right to return the product within 14 days from product purchase. We will refund you with full product price, but you have to cover the cost of sending the product back if you return the product outside of Finland. To qualify for full refund, the product must not be used or modified in any way.

Service and Repairs

If the product is faulty, please inform us and send the product back by completing the Customer Return form at your local postal outlet. In this case we will not charge you with shipment costs. At the same time we wish you to inform us if you wish to get your money back or should we send you a brand new product instead of the damaged one. For returning the money we ask you to inform us your banking information.
