4. Description and purpose of use
Stylestore.fi online store user personal information stored in the register used for customer relationship management, contacts, marketing and other purposes related to online services.
5. Content of personal data
The registry is registered in the basic information,
such as:
- name
- address
- phone number
- email.
6. Regular sources of information
The controller registers the Stylestore.fi e-commerce user’s information that the user himself/herself has given when using the internet site.
7. Regular destinations of disclosed data and transfer of data to countries outside the European Union or the EEC

8. Security principles
Stylestore.fi’s user registry data is stored in the controller’s system; Personal data is held in databases which are physically located in locked and monitored locations. In addition, the databases are protected by various technical measures (firewalls, passwords and user IDs). The data can be accessed only by predetermined persons who have been granted access to the data. 9. Prohibition of the right of the registered
Registered users have the right to ban themselves from direct advertising, distance selling and direct marketing, market research and public opinion polling, as well as for personal and gender research. The ban will be made in writing and indicate the persons responsible for the register.
10. Data subject's right of inspection
The data subject has the right to inspect register of stored data relating to them and get copies of them. The inspection request must be made in writing and indicate the person responsible for the register.
11. Correcting information
The registrar will correct, delete or supplement to the register, for the purpose of processing an unnecessary lack of an incorrect or outdated personal data on his/her own initiative, or the data requirement. The data subject should contact the registrar register the person responsible for the information to correct.
